There was a Durand Township Property Tax Increase measure on the February 2 ballot in Winnebago County. Voters in the Township of Durand defeated the measure.

This measure asked voters to approve a .20 percent increase on the property taxes in order to better fund the cemetery for general purposes.[1]

Election results

The Winnebago County Clerk certified the following results:[2]

  • YES 130 (39.88%)
  • NO 196 (60.12%)Defeatedd
