Charles K. Smith is the chancellor of the Fifteenth District Chancery Court in Tennessee. The court presides over Jackson, Macon, Smith, Trousdale, and Wilson counties. He has served on the court since 1990 and was re-elected in 2006 and 2014. His current eight-year term expires in 2022.[1][2][3]

Smith received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1970 and his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1972.[1]
Career
Smith worked as an attorney in private practice and as a city judge prior to becoming a chancellor in 1990.[1]
