Paul Brown was an Independent candidate for District 44, West Virginia House of Delegates in the November 2, 2010 state legislative election.

Brown was defeated in the general election for District 44. He was defeated by Republican Amanda Pasdon, Democratic incumbents Barbara Fleischauer and Charlene Marshall, and Democrat Anthony P. "Tony" Barill. Brown is one of ten candidates running for the four positions in District 44 on the ballot in the November 2, 2010 general election. Only the top four vote-getters were elected. He defeated Republican Shelby Bosley in the May 11 primary.[1]
