Patricia Kaufmann Young is a district court judge for the 28th Judicial District, which presides over Buncombe County of North Carolina.[1] She was sworn into office on December 2, 2002.[2] Young was re-elected to the 28th Judicial District in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[3][4]
