Burke F. McCahill is a former circuit court judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Virginia. He was appointed to the court by the Virginia General Assembly in 1998.[1] McCahill retired on January 1, 2017.[2]

Education

McCahill received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond.[3][4]

Career

Before joining the court, McCahill worked as an attorney in private practice in Leesburg, Virginia from 1980 to 2000.[1]
