Kendall J. Newman
Kendall J. Newman is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Newman joined the court in February of 2010.[1]

Newman earned his B.S from Cornell University in 1980 and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary in 1984.[1]
