Carolyn K. Delaney
Carolyn K. Delaney is a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Delaney joined the court in August of 2011.[1]

Delaney earned her B.A. from Wesleyan University in 1984 and her J.D. from Stanford University in 1988.[1]
