William Hultgren

William Hultgren was a district court judge for the 19th District Court in Wayne County, Michigan.[1] He was elected to the court in 1992 and was re-elected on November 2, 2010 to another six-year term that expired in 2016.[2][3]

Education

Hultgren received his undergraduate degree from Hope College and his J.D. from the Wayne State University Law School.[4]

Career

Before he became a judge, Hultgren served as a city attorney for the City of Dearborn, Michigan for seventeen years.[2]

  • 1998: Distinguished Community Service Award, Detroit College of Business[2]

2010 election

Hultgren was re-elected to the 19th District Court without opposition in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]
