Noah E. Powers II
Noah E. Powers II is a judge of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas in Ohio.
Powers (Republican Party) ran for election for judge of the Ohio Twelfth District Court of Appeals. He lost in the Republican primary on April 28, 2020.
Military service
Powers served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1976.[1]
Education
Powers received his undergraduate degree from Transylvania University in 1975 and his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1980.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Powers was the managing partner of Repper, Powers & Pagan, LTD. He also worked as Assistant Corporate Counsel for Armco Independent Employees Federation, Inc. From 1986 to 1995, he served as Prosecuting Attorney for Butler County and as acting judge for Middletown Municipal Court.[1]
Political positions
Powers served on the Middletown City Council from 2004 to 2006, and as the city's mayor in 2005.[1]
