Richard Weiss was a judge for Division 6 of the Mohave County Superior Court in Arizona.[1] He was appointed to the court in 2005, and elected in 2006.[2] Weiss was appointed presiding judge effective January 31, 2010, and served in that position until January 31, 2012.[3][4] Weiss retired in December 2018.[5]

Weiss was re-elected to the Mohave County Superior Court after running unopposed.[8]

Education

Weiss received his bachelor's degree and J.D. from Northern Arizona University in 1977 and 1980, respectively.[4]

Career

Prior to his judicial appointment, Weiss was an attorney in private practice for 15 years.[3]
