Charles S. Temple is a justice of the New Hampshire Superior Court. He was appointed on December 20, 2013 by Maggie Hassan.[1] Temple was recommended to Hassan by the Governor's Judicial Selection Committee. Following the governor's appointment, he was confirmed by the Executive Council for a term that began on January 15, 2014 and ends when he reaches the mandatory retirement age of 70.[2][3]

Education

Temple earned an undergraduate degree and his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire.[1]

Career

Temple served on the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board prior to joining the superior court in 2014. He has also worked as a professor at the University of New Hampshire School of Law and the director of the school's Criminal Practice Clinic.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; invalid names, e.g. too many Following law school, he worked as an attorney with the law firm of Perkins and Upshall.[1]
