Raines (Democratic Party) was a judge of the Cook County Circuit Court in Illinois. He assumed office on August 15, 2014. He left office on November 6, 2022.
Education
Raines earned his B.A. from California State University East Bay and his J.D. degree from the Golden State University School of Law. He also holds an M.P.A. from the Golden State University School of Public Administration.[1]
Career
Raines' prior work experience includes work in private practice and fraud investigations. He also served as an assistant state's attorney for Cook County.[1]
