Bill Cowles was the Orange County Supervisor of Elections in Florida. Cowles left office in 2024.

Cowles (Democratic Party) won re-election for Orange County Supervisor of Elections in Florida outright in the Democratic primary on August 18, 2020, after the Democratic primary and general election were canceled.

Cowles was first elected in 1996, he most recently won re-election in 2016.
