Casey McGinley is a judge for Division 18 of the Pima County Superior Court in Arizona. He assumed office in 2018. His current term ends on January 1, 2029.

McGinley ran for re-election for the Division 18 judge of the Pima County Superior Court in Arizona. He won in the retention election on November 5, 2024.

McGinley was appointed by Gov. Doug Ducey (R) on June 12, 2018, to replace Judge Richard Fields.[1]
