William Rogers is a judge on the Second Circuit Court in Tennessee. He was appointed by Governor Bill Haslam (R) on June 27, 2017.[1]

Biography

Rogers received a bachelor's degree from East Tennessee State University and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. His professional experience includes serving as a part-time municipal judge for the city of Kingsport, maintaining a private law practice, and working as a mediator.[1]
