Todd W. Westphal is a Fifth Judicial District judge for Nicollet County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position in 2005 and was elected to a full term in 2008.[1]

He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires in 2020.[2]

Westphal received his B.A. degree in music from Minnesota State University at Mankato in 1983. He then attended the Hamline University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree in 1987.[1]
