Raquel A. Marquez is a judge of the Superior Court of Riverside County in California. She assumed office in 2012. Her current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Marquez won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Riverside County in California outright in the primary on March 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Education

Marquez received her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University and her J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law.[1]

Career

Marquez served as a deputy district attorney in the Riverside County District Attorney's Office from 1991 to 2011. In 2011, she became a senior deputy district attorney, the position she held until joining the court in late 2011.[1]
