David Stewart was a judge for the Fayetteville District Court in Washington County, Arkansas.[1] Stewart was appointed by Governor Mike Beebe on May 9, 2013, to replace Rudy Moore who passed away in April.[1][2] Stewart's term expired on December 31, 2014, and he was unable to run for election in 2014.[1]
