General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 43.3 percent of the vote. He competed against Nancy Franchini.

Baiamonte earned his B.A. from the University of New Mexico in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Wyoming in 1987.[2]
