Elisabeth Mullins is a judge of the Michigan 28th District Court. She assumed office on January 1, 2021. Her current term ends on January 1, 2027.

Biography

Mullins' attended Boston College. Her professional experience includes working as prosecutor for the City of Detroit and as special assistant prosecutor for Wayne County. Mullins was voted Detroit's Prosecutor of the Year in 2015 and 2016. She published Michigan's New Adoption Laws: Strengthening the Rights of Prospective Adoptive Parents, T.M. Cooley L. Rev. 389 (2014). Mullins has been a member of Downriver Families Against Narcotics, a member and volunteer with Downriver for Veterans, a member and volunteer with Southgate Rotary Club, a member and volunteer with the Southgate Education Foundation, a member and volunteer with Soroptimist International—Downriver Area, a member of UAW Local 2211, Public Attorneys Association, and as the parish council secretary for St. Pius X Church.[1]
