Karin Schwartz is a judge of the Superior Court of Alameda County in California. Schwartz assumed office in 2019. Schwartz's current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Schwartz won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Alameda County in California outright in the primary on March 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, a press release announcing Schwartz's appointment identified her as a Democrat.[1]
