Steve Burgess
Steve Burgess (Republican Party) is a judge of the Texas 158th District Court. He assumed office in 2014. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Biography
Education
Burgess received his B.S. from California State University and his J.D. from Loyola Law School.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court in 2011, Burgess practiced law in Denton County for 14 years and worked as a fraud auditor for McDonnell Douglas while attending graduate school.[1]

Burgess has passed both the California State Bar and the Texas State Bar examination.[1]
