The Kentucky No Right to Abortion in Constitution Amendment was not on the ballot in Kentucky as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment on November 3, 2020.[1]
The amendment would have added a new section to the Kentucky Constitution to state that there is no right to an abortion or public funding for abortions.[2]

To put a legislatively referred constitutional amendment before voters, a 60 percent vote is required in both the Kentucky State Senate and the Kentucky House of Representatives.
This amendment was introduced as House Bill 67 on January 7, 2020. On March 10, 2020, the state House passed HB 67 in a vote of 71-21, with eight excused. Of the 62 Republicans in the House, 59 voted in favor of HB 67, and three were excused. Twelve Democrats voted in favor of HB 67, 21 voted against it, and five were excused. HB 67 did not receive a vote by the state Senate before the legislature adjourned on April 15, 2020.[1]
