October 29, 2020: Thirty-one percent (31%) of voters believe that America will be okay regardless of who wins the presidential election this year. A PoliticalIQ poll found that 61% disagree with that assessment.[1]

That disagreement comes from 63% of Democrats, 61% of Republicans, and 58% of independent voters.[1]

These results were released in a column where I expressed my view that the fate of the nation will not be determined on November 3.

The survey also found that 57% believe the culture leads, and the politicians lag behind.[1]

Each weekday, Scott Rasmussen’s Number of the Day explores interesting and newsworthy topics at the intersection of culture, politics, and technology.
