Greg G. Hollows was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He was first appointed to the court on March 7, 1990.[1]

Education

Judge Hollows earned a B.A. degree from Muskingum College in 1969, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1979.[1]

Career

Judge Hollows began his career in 1979 as an attorney with the firm Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher. In 1982, he became an Assistant U.S. Attorney and in 1985 he was promoted to Deputy Chief U.S. Attorney. From 1988 until he was appointed magistrate in 1990, he served as the Chief of the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office.[1]
