John R. Adams was a 2012 Republican candidate for Washington Commissioner of Insurance in the 2012 elections.

Adams ran for Washington Commissioner of Insurance in 2012. He faced incumbent Mike Kreidler, Scott Reilly (R) and Brian C. Berend (I) in the blanket primary on August 7.[1] Adams and Kreidler advanced to the general election, where he was defeated by Kreidler.[2][3]
