John T. Cajacob

John T. Cajacob is a judge of the Minnesota 3rd District Court Position 2. He assumed office in 2010.

Cajacob was appointed by Governor Pawlenty on May 13, 2010.[1][2] Cajacob was elected to the seat in 2012.

Education

Cajacob received his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota in 1974 and his J.D. degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1978.[2]

Career

Judge Cajacob began his legal career in 1978 as an attorney with Loren Barta in New Prague. The following year, he started a solo law practice in Faribault. He worked in this capacity until his judicial appointment in 2010.[2]

Elections

2012

Cajacob ran unopposed in the general election November 6, 2012.[3] He received 99.31% of the vote.[4]
