Dan Seum (b. January 28, 1940) is a Republican member of the Kentucky State Senate, representing District 38 and serving as Senate Majority Caucus Chairman. He was first elected to the chamber in 1994. He previously served a term as Senator from 1989 to 1992. Seum served on the Board of Alderman for the City of Louisville and in the Kentucky House of Representatives from 1982 to 1988.

Seum is a graduate of Officer's Candidate School and served in the National Guard. His professional experience includes working as a restaurant owner.
