|- Trust - For years, the former Assessor had weaponized the office. People in certain cities lost their homes due to unfair and biased assessments. When elected, I will end these punitive practices and rebuild trust with taxpayers. Maricopa County residents deserve an Assessor they can trust.
- Transparency - I believe in showing my work. I want taxpayers to have an understanding of the assessment process and how their contributions via property taxes are the building blocks of our community. I will hold easily accessible town hall meetings throughout the county during my tenure as County Assessor.
- Fairness and Accuracy - I will work to ensure Maricopa County taxpayers have a fair and accurate property assessment. The valuation provided on a given property impacts all of our community. Remember, 75 percent of all property taxes go directly toward education spending.
