The Alabama Music Hall of Fame Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1988, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. It proposed to authorized bonds in support of the Alabama Music Hall of Fame.[1]
