The Alabama Trust Income Investment Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Alabama on November 8, 1988, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. This measure proposed regulations regarding the investment of funds held in the Alabama Trust Fund and the Alabama Heritage Trust Fund.[1]
