Anna Gouker earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Northern Illinois University in 2010 and a master's degree in rehabilitation psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013. Her career experience includes working as an employment counselor at Employment Resources Inc. She serves as co-vice chair on the City of Madison Commission on People with Disabilities.[1][2]
