- Holly Springs needs to pursue sustainable growth, balancing the needs of current residents with the pressures of future growth, all while staying true to Holly Springs’ long-term vision. It’s about making sure that as we expand, we preserve our green spaces, protect our natural habitats and resources, and invest in our infrastructure that will serve us well into the future.
- Holly Springs needs a long-term affordable housing plan to support teachers, first responders, and families, boosting our local economy. Regular housing studies can identify gaps and guide development, while updated incentives can encourage affordable units in new projects. Partnerships with private developers and nonprofits can accelerate delivery and leverage resources. By planning, incentivizing, and collaborating, we can ensure housing options are available for all residents and strengthen the vibrancy, inclusivity, and resilience of our community.
- I am deeply committed to ensuring that local government in Holly Springs is accessible, transparent, and accountable to all residents. This means keeping communication open, making information about decisions and policies easy to find, and creating opportunities for community input at every stage. I prioritize public forums, clear reporting, and inclusive outreach so that every voice — especially those of underrepresented and historically marginalized residents — can be heard and considered in shaping the future of our town. Transparency and accessibility are not just principles; they are essential for building trust and making government work for everyone.
