The following information details to whom 2014 Arkansas ballot measure campaign expenditures went. Those who received expenditures provided services, such as consulting, advertising, polling, legal work and signature collection, for the ballot measure campaigns.

The top five recipients of ballot measure campaign expenditures were:

  1. Heathcott Associates: $1,139,281
  2. The Markham Group: $438,925
  3. Target Enterprise: $404,010
  4. 50 State Strategies: $307,957
  5. Friday, Eldridge & Clark: $123,376
