Arthur Keyes
Arthur Keyes was the Alaska director of agriculture from 2016 to 2018. He was appointed to the position on February 10, 2016, and assumed office on February 17, 2016.[1][2]
Biography
Keyes worked as a produce manager for the Carrs supermarket chain until 2002, when he began working as a full-time farmer. When he worked in the state government, he was the owner of Glacier Valley Farm in Palmer, Alaska. The farm supplied produce to farmers markets in Anchorage, Alaska.[1][3]

Keyes was appointed Alaska director of agriculture by Governor Bill Walker (I) and Natural Resources Commissioner Mark Myers on February 10, 2016. He assumed office on February 17, 2016.[1][2]
