Barry M. Kurren was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
Education
Kurren earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Hawaii in 1973 and his J.D. from the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii, in 1977.[1]
