Betty Capote-Erben
Betty Capote-Erben is a judge of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida. She assumed office in 2012. Her current term ends on January 5, 2027.
Capote-Erben won re-election for judge of the Miami-Dade County Court in Florida outright in the general election on November 3, 2020, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Capote was appointed by Governor Rick Scott on November 30, 2012, to replace Judge Cristina Miranda.[1] She was later re-elected without opposition in 2014, winning a six-year term.[2][3]
