Charles Willing Byrd
Charles Willing Byrd was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Ohio. He was nominated by President Thomas Jefferson on March 1, 1803. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 3, 1803, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on August 25, 1828.
