Twenty-five years’ experience in military, law enforcement and firefighting, working and leading personnel in constantly changing environments recognized for consistently excelling in “every assignment and task.” Law Enforcement Supervisors Leadership Training Program LESLTP-2001, Miller Heiman Group/Building Leadership, Department of Defense Human Resources Supervisor Program, Non-commissioned Officer Academy, Advanced Management Training Academy, Special Operations Support Personnel Training Academy, Federal Uniformed Police Training Program and Detroit Police Academy. Davenport University for business management, Green River College for Pilot Program, Hillsdale College for U.S. History and U.S. Constitution. Continually serving as a Community Policing Representative to reconnect/connect the relationship with public servants.

I look up to all of the Dads and Mothers I had while growing up after those incidents took place. I basically grew up in and around a police and fire station.

I will bring back public trust of the Office of Sheriff. I will make sure I am seen and not heard. I will represent the people and the people that I work for. In making sure the community is safe brings more people to live and grow in all parts of the community.

In making sure that I am accountable along with respecting those people of Pierce County. In being truthful to the community will go along way.
I want to be the best Dad and husband first and foremost. I will guide my children to be the best they can in todays world. I also want to grow as a leader among the others who strived to be the best.
When my father was murdered and my mother was assaulted outside of my grandmothers house in the City of Detroit. I was only 5 years old at the time.
I was a firefighter/EMT. I started when I was 18 years old. I promoted within the department to sergeant with only 5 years on the department.
The Leader Within, It taught me the true meaning of a great leader. I use what I have learned even today, and I believe that is what I was meant to do.

I really do not have a favorite. I listen to pretty much all the new and old comedians.
I don't have any organizations.

I do have the very people that I lead everyday along with their parents.
Making sure what is down is the right thing to do, followed up with not making the government having a negative perception.
