David Battey
David R. Battey is a former Seventh Judicial District judge for Douglas County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this position by Governor Arne Carlson in 1995 and was elected in 1996, 2002, 2008, and 2014.[1] Battey retired on January 3, 2017.[2]
Education
Battey received his B.A. from the University of South Dakota in 1975 and his J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law in 1978.[1]
