David M. Hicks
David M. Hicks is a judge of the 15th Judicial District in Virginia. He was elected by the Virginia General Assembly in February 2015, effective July 1. His six-year term expires in 2021.[1]
Education
Hicks received both his bachelor's and J.D. degrees from the University of Virginia.[2]
Career
At the time of his election to the court, Hicks was a senior policy advisor to Richmond Mayor Dwight Jones. He has also served three terms as a Richmond commonwealth's attorney.[1]
