David Small (Delaware)
David Small is a former Delaware secretary of natural resources and environmental control. Small was appointed to his position by Governor Jack Markell in May 2014. He was sworn in July 2, 2014, succeeding former Secretary Collin O'Mara, who stepped down to become president and chief executive officer of the National Wildlife Federation. Small served through March 15, 2017.[1][2][3]
