David Steger
David Steger was a potential Republican candidate for Governor of Wyoming in the 2014 elections.
In late July 2013 Steger was arrested on two outstanding felony warrants for insufficient fund checks.[1] He failed to file by the deadline and did not run in the Republican primary.[2]
Biography
Steger runs the Wyoming chapter of Ryan's Outdoor Adventures. He previously served on the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission from 1993 to 1999. Steger had a medical practice for 31 years but surrendered his license in 2010 following a series of events that began with his arrest for driving under the influence in 2009. Following the loss of his medical practice, Steger began an outfitting company.[3]

Steger announced a potential run for election as Governor of Wyoming in 2014 but did not file for the Republican primary.[3] The general election takes place on November 4, 2014.
