- Cities need representatives with a blend of lifestyles and experiences, including representation from households with children and young adults.
- A sustainable city needs committees. Arden Hills only has two active committees, the others were dissolved, and our Economic Development Committee has not been utilized since before the pandemic.
- TCAAP/Rice Creek Commons is an incredible opportunity for economic development and homes for people in all stages of life. The development’s plans should be carefully based on data, including financial projections and the traffic and environmental study. It should also consider the safety and wellbeing of our new and current residents
Emily wants to keep taxes low while sustaining our quality of life. To do this, Arden Hills needs to invest in something that provides a rate of return. The former TCAAP, now known as Rice Creek Commons, is a unique opportunity. There are 427-acres ready to be developed into a town center, new businesses, more opportunities for recreation, and additional housing.
