The Ethics Committee is a standing committee of the Utah State Senate.

Per the Joint Rules, the Senate Ethics Committee is made up of a chair and three additional members appointed the President of the Senate and a vice-chair and three additional members appointed by the Senate Minority Leader. Members are appointed for a two-year term. A quorum is defined as a majority of the committee's members.[1]
