Glynn A. Hines
Glynn Hines (Democratic Party) was an at-large member of the Fort Wayne City Council in Indiana. He assumed office on January 1, 2020. He left office on January 1, 2024.
Hines (Democratic Party) ran for election for an at-large seat of the Fort Wayne City Council in Indiana. He won in the general election on November 5, 2019.
Hines is a former Democratic member of the Fort Wayne City Council in Indiana, representing District 6. He was elected to the council in 1999 and ran for an at-large seat in 2019.[1]
Biography
Hines attended Fort Wayne's Central High School. He received his bachelor's degree from Manchester College, majoring in history and speech & drama. He also studied at Temple University. His professional experience includes working as the assistant vice president at Bank One and a marketing manager at Xerox Corporation. He has been affiliated with the following organizations:

2015
The city of Fort Wayne, Indiana, held elections for mayor and city council on November 3, 2015. A primary election took place on May 5, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was February 6, 2015. All nine city council seats were up for election.[2]
In the Republican primary election for District 6, Joe Renner ran unopposed. In the Democratic primary, incumbent Glynn A. Hines defeated Robert L. Wafford. Hines defeated Renner in the general election.[3][4]
