Governor Dennis Daugaard appoints two judges to the 7th Judicial Circuit
October 26, 2011
South Dakota: Continuing our coverage from earlier this month the South Dakota Seventh Judicial Circuit is welcoming new appointees Robert A. Mandel and Craig A. Pfeifle to the bench. Governor Dennis Daugaard appointed the two judges to the court on October 18, 2011. The two new judges fill the vacancies left by the forced retirement of A.P. Fuller in June and the retirement of John J. Delaney in early October. Presiding Judge Jeff W. Davis (South Dakota) has expressed his pleasure at having the vacancies filled saying that “They bring a variety of experience and talent with them, I know they’ll be good judges.”[1]
