James E. Moncayo was a judge for the Guadalupe County Magistrate Court in New Mexico. He did not seek re-election in 2014 and retired when his term ended on December 31, 2014.
2010 election
Moncayo was re-elected to the magistrate court after running unopposed in the general election.[1]
