James Kilpatrick
James Kilpatrick ran for election to the Wichita Public Schools Board of Education to represent District 4 in Kansas. He lost in the general election on November 5, 2019.
Biography
Kilpatrick earned his B.S. in administration of justice with a minor in economics from Wichita State University. His professional experience includes serving for 35.5 years for Wichita Airport Police and Fire where he attained the rank of Captain. He also worked as an interstate truck and tour bus driver. He served in the United States Navy Reserve as a fire control technician and received an honorable discharge. He is also a Vietnam Veteran.[1]
