James Rexford

Biography
James Rexford was born in Topeka, Kansas, and lives in Olathe, Kansas. Rexford graduated from Topeka High School. He earned a B.A. in Slavic languages and literatures, political science, and Russian and East European studies, and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame. Rexford's career experience includes working as a lawyer.[1]
